If you are considering donating stock that is subject to a cash merger or tender offer, it's important for you to note that you will be subject to tax on the capital gain even though the shares were transferred to us before the tender offer became effective. Cars/Boats to Cope
Your donation of a car, truck or boat will help in the fight against prostate cancer. (Some restrictions apply including that vehicles are required to have four inflated tires, available keys, be in fair condition and have a clear title.) Proceeds from the sale of your vehicle provide funding for education, and patient support programs.
